Our Guarantee
At Boostora, we stand behind the quality of our services. If you're not satisfied with your order, we'll work with you to make it right.
Eligible for Refund
You may request a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Non-delivery: If we fail to start delivery within 72 hours of payment
- Incomplete delivery: If we deliver less than 80% of the purchased quantity
- Duplicate order: If you accidentally placed the same order twice
- Service unavailable: If we cannot fulfill your order due to platform restrictions
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not available in these cases:
- Orders that have been fully delivered as described
- Orders where delivery is still in progress (wait for completion first)
- Accounts that violate platform terms of service
- Private accounts (make sure your profile is public during delivery)
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery completion
Refill Guarantee
We offer a 30-day refill guarantee on most services. If you experience a significant drop in followers/likes within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll refill at no additional cost. This applies to drops over 15% of the delivered amount.
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number in the subject line
- Describe the issue in detail
- Attach screenshots if applicable
We review all refund requests within 24-48 hours and will respond with our decision.
Refund Processing
- Credit/Debit cards: Refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days
- Cryptocurrency: Refunded in the same currency to the original wallet address
Partial Refunds
For incomplete deliveries where we cannot complete the order, you'll receive a proportional partial refund. For example, if you ordered 10,000 followers and we deliver 7,000, you'll receive a 30% refund.
